Project Background
This New Westminster home didn't just need a surface update; it required a complete front-to-back teardown and rebuild. The property needed a cohesive plan that addressed everything from foundation-level water management to daily vehicle access. We were brought in to handle the entire landscape overhaul, ensuring every element was built to last.
Project Overview
We systematically tackled every inch of this lot. The real work began underground with crucial drain tile installation. Once the site was secure, we constructed timeless front retaining walls, custom stairs, and a solid front walkway. Clean side pathways now connect the front approach to a newly built back patio and a heavy-duty alley paver parking pad. By mixing distinct paver styles and robust hardscaping, this build perfectly displays our crew's eye for detail.
