Project Background
This Delta property underwent a complete outdoor transformation with a full-scale hardscape restoration by Yoho Landscaping. The scope of work included rebuilding the driveway, constructing an engineered retaining wall, installing proper drainage, and building a durable fence and patio. Every element was designed to bring structural integrity, function, and modern curb appeal back to the property.
Project Overview
The original lot suffered from aging structures and uneven grading that made the yard difficult to maintain. We approached this rebuild from the ground up. By stripping away failing concrete and woodwork, we established a solid, leveled sub-base. The new layout completely resolves past water runoff issues while giving the homeowners a clean, heavy-duty exterior built for daily use.

Heavy-Duty Driveway Paving
A failing driveway was fully excavated and replaced. We focused on deep base preparation and premium interlocking pavers to prevent sinking and handle daily vehicle traffic effortlessly.
Engineered Retaining Walls
To correct the sloping yard, we constructed structurally sound retaining walls. This not only prevented soil erosion but also carved out flat, usable space for the new patio layout.
Integrated Drainage Systems
Protecting the foundation was a priority. We installed hidden perimeter drains and properly sloped the entire hardscape to route heavy rainwater safely away from the property.
Custom Fencing & Patio Built
We finished the perimeter with robust, weather-resistant fencing for immediate privacy. The adjacent stone patio was laid out to provide a clean, low-maintenance outdoor living area.
